Pulled Pork Dinner:   Tender pulled pork served with BBQ sauce, your choice of pasta/macaroni or green salad, BBQ beans, a roll or cornbread and a small dessert. Hearty portion $12 or Regular portion $10

Pulled Pork  Sandwich Meal: Large pulled pork or chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce, choice of pasta or coleslaw and BBQ  beans. Includes a small dessert. $9.50

Beef Brisket Dinner: Flavorful and moist brisket served with BBQ sauce, pasta/macaroni or green salad, BBQ  beans, roll or cornbread and a small dessert. $14

Fajita Meal: Flavorful strips of beef or chicken mixed with bell pepper and onion served with tortillas, guacamole, sour cream and salsa. Includes Spanish rice and a small dessert.  All chicken $11.50  All beef $14.50 or Half and half $13.50

Lasagna: Hearty portion of classic (Italian sausage) or veggie lasagna served with a veggie salad, garlic bread and a small dessert.  $12.50

Green Chile Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo: Creamy Alfredo sauce with a  southwestern flair topped off with juicy grilled chicken.   Includes garlic bread, garden salad and a small dessert.  $11.50

Chicken Piccata:  Chicken with a light and delicious lemon sauce and capers.  Served with Herb Roasted Potatoes, Wild Rice Salad or Lemon Rice Pilaf, Glazed Carrots, rolls and a small dessert.  $12.75

Meatloaf Dinner:  Homemade meatloaf served with real mashed potatoes and brown gravy, glazed carrots, garden salad, rolls and a small dessert.  $12.50 

Rosemary Pork Loin w/Blueberry Sauce:  Roasted pork loin with a hint of rosemary and a flavorful blueberry sauce.  Served with Garlic Roasted Potatoes, garden salad, rolls and a small dessert.   $13.50 

Grilled Chicken Quarter Meal:  Juicy grilled chicken quarter (thigh and drumstick) that’s been brined and seasoned served with pasta or macaroni salad, rolls and a small dessert.  $9.75

*Small desserts typically include a cookies or brownies.  Other desserts may replace small desserts  for an additional charge.

Dagwood Sandwiches or Veggie Dagwoods: Hearty pressed sandwich, contain assorted luncheon meats, cheeses and fillings. There are many versions of this sandwich, just ask and we will come up with the prefect version for you. Served with pasta, macaroni or potato salad and a small dessert. $10.50

Deli Platter: Assorted deli meats and cheeses served with assorted rolls, veggies, pasta/macaroni or potato salad and a small dessert. $10.50

Sandwich/Wrap Platter: Assorted sandwiches and/or wraps served with pasta/macaroni or potato salad and a small dessert. $10.50

Salad Bar: Set up for 12 or more. Includes greens, assorted meats, veggies and toppings. Served with rolls and small dessert. $11 Make it a Soup and Salad Bar by adding your choice of soup. $13.50

Southwest Chicken Salad: Spicy diced grilled chicken served over greens with guacamole, corn salsa and tomatoes topped with Balsamic Ranch or Cilantro Lime dressing. Served with a roll and small dessert. $11.50

Fall Harvest Salad: Diced grilled chicken, apples, and sunflower seeds over a bed of greens with Balsamic dressing or Poppy Seed dressing. Served with a roll and a small dessert. $11.50

BBQ Chicken Salad: Tangy, spicy diced grilled chicken over a bed of greens topped with corn salsa, black beans, cheese and creamy BBQ Ranch dressing. Served with a roll and small dessert. 11.50

Chopped Chicken Cobb Salad: Diced grilled chicken, egg, bacon, tomato, cucumber and cheese over greens. Served with Balsamic or Ranch dressing. Includes a roll and small dessert. $11.50

Extras

Add a hearty portion of homemade chips and salsa to any meal $1.25

Add Green Chile Cheesy Potato Casserole to any meal for $1.75 per person when added to a meal (for crowds of 10 or more)

Add Sweet Potato Casserole with crunch pecan topping for $2 per person when added to a meal  (for crowds of 10 or more)

Breakfast/Brunch Buffet

Green Chile Egg Casserole, Chunky Hash Browns, Bacon, Sausage, French Toast, Green Chile Cheese Grits……call or email for available choices and prices. For groups of 12 or more.

Veggie Platter: All kinds of veggies served with a dip of your choice. Various sizes and choices.

Appetizers: Your choice of cold or warm appetizer platters. Many appetizer choices available…..Stuffed dates, stuffed mushrooms, chicken wings, meatballs, salad in a shell and many more….call and we can come up with the perfect mix for your party.

Antipasto Platter: Choose from assorted meats, cheeses, olives and marinated veggies. As simple or elaborate as you like.

Desserts

Dessert platter: your choice of cookies and/or brownies.

Assorted Desserts: Chocolate Yummy (rich crust, cream cheese layer and chocolate pudding,) Dr. Pepper Cake or Coke Cake, Coconut Cream Pie, Banana Pudding Pie and many more….just ask!
